The furnace was working fine before he came, but when I went to turn it on after his cleaning, the furnace didn't start. Your technician said I would require a new control board, as the reason it didn't run was the control board was burnt out. He said he would be back Monday to do this required repair. We waited a couple weeks without any heat for him to come as promised, but no repairs and no word. I called in another company to get my furnace running. They found that a wire had been dislodged and put back to the wrong connector. As soon as the wire was moved to the correct spot, the furnace works fine. The only way the wire could have been moved to the wrong spot was if your technician dislodged it and replaced it at the wrong spot. I'm happy at least I didn't end up paying for a new control board when there is nothing wrong with the one in my furnace. I paid your technician $145 for service that ended up disabling my furnace. Besides the inconvenience of no heat for 2 weeks, I also paid $115 to have the wire properly connected. Before I post a comment on your website or complain to the BBB, I wanted to give you an opportunity to reply. Bill Lindahl
